Best pictures of 2012

The “Pictures of your latest ride” thread contains some amazing pictures. Perhaps we should collect the best pics of the year in a special Best Pics thread, like we did in previous years. Of course they can also be pictures that haven’t been posted yet.

My ‘secret’ plan is to make a 2013 calender of it, for personal use. Again like before, I’m willing to share the pics I’ve chosen, in my optimised version as to cropping, contrast etc.

I don’t have a real spectacular pic of myself, but I’ll still post something to get the thread started. (Unicon downhill race.)

Here are a couple that were taken (by a professional from our local newspaper) of me riding my 36er in a Cyclovia this summer. I like the first one of my approaching the bicycle shop because it has lots of pretty color. I like the second one of me riding away because it captures a couple of the shop owners mounting their Pennyfarthings with me getting a head start. It took a shift to high gear to keep up with them.

Agreed about Aspenmike! Best pictures with uni mood but it does not mean that others are bad! All uni pictures are good :o
