Post a picture of your unicycle(s)

Great decision! :star_struck:

Can you get too old for mounting unicycles?? I wanna do this til the end.
Prolly will destroy my knee joints along the way with the UWs. Today I called the doctor about my knees, but I didn’t mention anything about unicycles. I want to hear other solutions than ‘stop what ur doing’ and ‘lose weight’.

I peeled the stickers off two unis. Is this better :winking_face_with_tongue:

Now I just need to collect all the seat post trimming instruction stickers

ur a BAD MAN!

I can send you some of mine too. Naturally I still have those stickers on my uni’s too :stuck_out_tongue:

It’s kinda like magnets now. + and - will offset each other.

EDIT: only a day later I realised that these are all R stickers, despite the different colours :open_mouth:.
If sou need more, I know someone who‘s selling a (like) new set
But be quick, or @PedalSprell will beat you to it!

You need to add even more stickers. And throw in a couple of oddball L stickers as well on the R side and vica versa

@PedalSprell

This seems like a terrible plan. I speak as someone who has mounted my wheel backwards on multiple occasions (and damaged my cranks), often in spite of valid stickers already being present. Your idea is evil! You monster!

did you mount the wheel backwards or the frame? :stuck_out_tongue:

This is a terrific plan! Whenever you damage your 100 mm holes I end up with a pair of 125/150mm cranks! I shall proceed to swich around your stickers in an unpredictable manner. :money_mouth_face:

I am liking you less than I used to.

I think the best answer to this is simply

 Yes!

Maybe you can damage them the other way from 150 towards 125. Then maybe slowly I will also get used to shorter cranks. I quickly changed back from 125 to 150 when I tried a few weeks ago.

To my defence, I actually pointed out your mistake last time you were about to do this (after knighting @sircranky). Saving you a lot of pain and frustration :innocent:

You really should pay more attention to your seat and pedal orientation after a change. Does it look right or wrong? No need for stickers at all, other than having a much cooler unicycle. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Does it matter if the frame is put on backwards? Don’t see why it would

Technically, no, but it is likely to trick you thusly causing mistakes.

Putting the frame or the wheel backwards means the cranks are the wrong way round and you might unscrew the pedals

But if everything except the frame is the right way, including the saddle, does it still matter?

The cranks are connected to the hub, not the frame. If you point the frame and seat backwards. You will most likely ride in the direction that the seat points to, so putting your right foot on the left pedal

Exactly

I was out for a uni ride when I noticed that the guy I rode with had a uni with the brake on the right side. But an inboard disc
Turns out he had the saddle the wrong way around, so the rest of the uni moved backwards. That explained why the pedals got loose
