The wonders of modern science. Ta for that

those have to be smaller than 125s, mine are 127s and his look a quite a bit smaller. that has got to be hard!!

You get used to whatever you put on there. With my 36er I started out with the 150mm cranks it came with and those were a challenge for a while, just free mounting and everything; mainly because I wasn’t used to riding such a big wheel! But over time I switched to 125s and have done a lot of riding with those including a triathlon and a 100km road ride. Now I switched over to 114s and love them! I did put the 114s on early on and couldn’t hardly free mount and I felt really sketchy riding so I put the 150s back on. But now that I’m used to how the 36er handles (compared to the 24" that I’m used to) the 114s feel right! Weird? I can also second the fact that climbing some moderate inclines on 114s isn’t nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. It’s a great set up for mostly flat riding. For 36er muni I’ll still revert back to 150s though.

125s are medium. Anything longer than that should be for serious hills, MUni or people getting used to the 36er. 125s are good for mixed terrain, but still slow on the flats. 102s are short. This year I will attempt the Tahoe ride on 114s (72 miles, elevation 6300-7300’ with lots of ups and downs). But there are loads of threads about 36er crank arm length, if people want to learn more about it. Let’s get back to the pictures!

Just make sure to properly resize the image first if it’s too wide.

right. what about these: me at a local meeting of our youth, originally meant to be a volleyball meeting. I used the indoor- possibility to practice seatdrop and ww. didn´t land the wheelwalks, anyway.

my first (non avatar), colored pictures of me riding!

I think I’ve seen this grind before, was it in L.I.F.E ? or I just didn’t saw it?

It was in life, very end of his section. He put his hand on the white piller and 180ed out.

Nice pictures Raphael! Will you be posting here often?

I tried riding in fresh snow… and the uni wouldn’t cooperate. So I left it outside to think about how it should act the next time we ride.

I tried riding my muni in fresh snow this weekend, and it wouldn’t cooperate… so I left it outside overnight to reconsider its insolence.

Maestro rides a unicycle? Snow in California? What is going on?

Nice pic. I feel sorry for your uni, but if he was misbehaving, well, he got what he deserved. (or is it a she?)

I was driving to Clarksdale, MS today and my wife talked me into stopping on the side of the highway and riding down a large hill. It was quite fun and long…

P.S. whoa-hey, Stetson huh? I have a good friend who graduated from Stetson (a while back hehe). You do any muni, Steve, or stick to mostly the glidiness that is cokering?

Still sorta a noob, so I haven’t really tried muni yet.
My Coker was my first “real” uni purchase…
