going down l’Ayré in the Pyrénées (not a big feat: I was washed out after a sleepless night) . To cut a long story short this was a challenge for the day of “old buildings” in France :stuck_out_tongue:

I took a short ride this morning, mostly to try out a new camera (Sony RX100). Good news: the camera works.

I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw these photos! I was beginning to think I was the only adult unicyclist in Scarborough (and southern Maine). I ride the marsh portion of the Eastern Trail as a regular workout and, now that my new 29 inch arrived yesterday, the trail will be a portion of my 8 mile commute to work. After I get used to the changed in size, we should go for a ride. I would love to pick up some tips from a more experienced rider.

Jigywigy

KcTheAcy,

If that top speed is in mph you need to update the top speed thread. That’s pretty dang fast on a 29.

Fall in Aspen

Took the afternoon off and spun around this amazing place for 50km - in search of color. - Found some.

Today my dog - Chile baptised my brand new Guni during shaking out mud from her coat.

More Colorado color…

As has been mentioned elsewhere (Guten Tag, mein Name ist Hans.. - #7 by Feisty), the UK has been hit by a major storm recently. Being the sensible people we are, me and a friend decided to go for a ride along a trail that’s normally near-unrideably-muddy even when it’s not raining. We got quite a surprise, when the flood water went from ankle deep to nearly waist deep…
