Nice man, and good choice of wheel size

Now if only bikes like that were cool in the UK…

They are in the right circles!

Nature works her magic here at Sullivan again,
Erasing every trace of where the Gas Company has been
At any time in future days, they’re likely to return…
To bulldoze what they think will last; they’ve got a lot to learn!

Haha, just noticed the word spelled by using the first letter of each line!

First time I’ve really done snow riding on the Coker. Prior snow/ice riding has just been some layered over pavement. This was a thick layer of ice with some snow on top, all nicely packed down by dog walkers on the local riverside rail-trail. I’ve figured out that following dog people is a good way to find winter riding opportunities. :sunglasses:

Nice one, what did you use in the spokes?

More snow here last night - wasn’t expecting that. Even the trusty unicycle failed to get me to work this morning…

Well don’t send it this way whatever you do… We have a very light dusting atm (and quite a bit of ice around) but as soon as it gets above freezing it will go again. I can’t wait for it to dry out.

Much fun is had by dog and person when muniing w/your pup.

Not as impressive as riding in snow. This ride was between rain storms. Sliding around in wet clay was not so successful (pretty fun though).

I found a better trail with more forgiving soil.

It had a Lord of the Rings feeling to it.

I expected to see some hobbits around the bend.

Well, having ridden sticky mud, I can say that snow is much easier

Yeah nice hobbit trail

Not so hard

…finding the right wheel

…on a great ride in the Carolina North Forest yesterday. The weather was beautiful and the ride was great. Thanks Alex for snapping the picture.

Pictures from Singapore! It took them at the tampines bike park.

(early) Merry Christmas to everyone!

Somewhere that isn’t cold! Makes a change
Nice pics.

This is my local MTB park called Eskdale. I’m riding a beginner track here called Mervs. Its an awesome place - if you are ever in Napier it is a must do - you need a permit, but can get a temporary one from local dairys or bike shops, or join the MTB club for a years worth of riding  80km’s worth of tracks! Most of them are very technical.
