Let's here it from the women.

Who Cares About Skill Levels… Uni Chicks Are Hot

seriously those skills level are just for freestyle and are seriously out dated

what about trials street muni and long distance?

I’m a guy, but I plan on getting my girlfriend into uniing so I have someone to ride with :p. So far I have her interested.

I’m a chick. Can’t ride unassisted yet though…

Good plan.

What?

Apologies: too subtle for you I guess.

Nao

On behalf of the NYUC, I’ll add that my daughter, Fiona (hi, Cathy!) is level 2 and her friend Emmy is level 4. There are quite a few young ladies in our club, and most of them are in that level 2-4 range. We also have a few young women in the club, and their skill level is actually a bit lower on avg, if I had to guess.

We hope to see you again one day in Wales!

Oh wait, I think I get it. You mean, I’d get guys to help me learn how to ride because I’m a chich who can’t ride unassisted? I’ll stick to the dock. Haha.

Hi David.

that would be great!

Count me in! I’ve been lurking around this forum since October or so, but just joined today. I’ve only been able to really ride for a month or so. I can’t freemount yet, but I’m working on it.

I started out on a crappy (and PAINFUL) no-name brand, but now I’ve got a 20" Sun FT freestyle and I LOVE it.

I see by your 3rd picture that you have MuniAddict’s signature peace sign down perfectly. Keep up the great work ladies.

I am certainly not a girl, but from the NZuni forums I know about a bebo page made for Women riders which some of you women might like to join. The female riders are getting numerous in New Plymouth these days with the prevalence of unicycling in schools, helping to bring the balance back!

I hear it from guys all the time - that the reason why I can unicycle and they can’t is because they’ve got testicles.

Uh yeah.

Stone her!

Stone her!

I mean…

Stone her!

Stone her!

Mabey thats a little bit too harsh, would abondoment seem more justified?

Nice pictures, Augustdreamt! How is the freemount going?

Doesn’t it make you feel like an old fart when you have to explain jokes to the youngsters?

Thanks! Since my last post in this thread, I’ve acquired a 24" MUni and a 29" touring uni in addition to my 20" learner. I can freemount the 20" and 24" with no problem, but I’m still a bit dodgy with the 29er.

I got the joke, that scene had me laughing out loud, brilliant.

edit; doesn’t change the fact that you are still… an old fart.

You’ve been riding a unicycle HOW long and have 3 unicycles?

I’d say you are hooked!

You’ll be freemounting that 29er in no time.
Well.. maybe a little more than “no” time.

Nice to meet you.
