You’re not really making a point at all here, uniman. Basically, I think you’re saying that people speaking in a language you don’t understand is confusing. I want to give you the benefit of the doubt, and rationalize that into something insightful, but I can’t.
There’s a difference between being confusing and being unintelligible. To be confusing, there has to be some element of understanding. If you don’t know the language, you are in no way “confused”.
