Harper bought his first uni when he was 11, I think that was about 70-80 years ago:D
I do not consider myself to be āreally goodā yet. Iām only level seven right now. I have been unicycling since late October of 2003, so itās about sixteen months now. If I am somewhat good at freestyle (questionable), itās mostly because I often practice two hours or more a day. If you practice enough, you can learn almost anything.
I was 12.
well man, i consider anyone with a stand up wheel walk to be really good. probably because i cant even stand like that if im clinging to a wall.
I was fourteen when i bought a Norco 20", im sixteen now and planning to buy a KH29
I was 10
I lost my unicycle buying virginity when i was 13. I am 13
i was 11 or 12 when i bought my first, it was a 5 foot
i was 14 and I am 14

I bought my second one this year and hopefully will be getting my 3rd soon.
This seems to be a bit of a trend.

I was given my first uni for my 42nd birthday (a Pashley 20" Muni) and it
took me two and a half years to get around to buying my Onza 24".

Unless (I would say) the money was given with the explicit objective
to buy a unicycle for it. Then itās rather as if the unicycle was
given to you, but you could have your say in what color etc.

Looks remarkably similar to the second plot from the bottom of
<http://www.xs4all.nl/~klaasbil/agelearn.htm>, āAge distribution of
respondentsā.
Evidence (not proof) that most people either learn on their
first-bought uni, or start buying unis as soon as they can ride.
