Only pictures with the authorization of the author will be selected regardless of the number of votes. Some users likely won’t log in since they have not been active for years, but it’s best to give them a chance to have their picture displayed anyway 
When voting, please consider that the goal is not to show off the most impressive pictures, but to display the unicycling diversity, female and male, young to old, beginner to experienced, so the banner is appealing for anyone visiting the site.
