i recently found that there is a unicyling game for super nintendo you dont have to banalnce or anything its a racing game. you press forward and he leans to a 45 degrees angle there is nobody on the unicycle its just it. i played it at my dentist well i was waiting
Uniracers?
Fun game. My buddy shadowuni has it. Itâs not even close to realistic. You do flips and loops at high speeds. Still a fun game.
Definteley. I still think someone should make a 3d THPS form of unicycling, like Kris Holm Pro Unicyclist, or somethingâŚ
It would suck. Half of the battle in any form of extreme unicycling is staying on the uni. Unless some form of balance meter is incorporated, the game would not be reflective of unicycling. You could do tricks with simple button presses, but I think you should also have to control your balance.
All of the other games dont require you to balance in normal riding, so I think the same rule should apply. Tbhe only time balance would be in effect is in tricks.
I mean, not alot of peopl can do a : nollie+heelflip+crookedgrind+heelflip+darkslide+360flip+nose manual+backflip+wallride+indiegrab540+manual+handplant+nosemanual+bs 180flip+nosestall+kickflipâŚ
as a very wise person on these 'ere forums once said:
you could switch out the unicycles for badgers and the game would be the same.
Sockmonster.
yes thats it
Thats what got me interested as a kid to unicycle but i neevr bought on until about 6 motnheea ago becuase i played it again so i would like to thank uniracer to my career as a unicyclist
POW
i thought this long ago⌠like when i first played thps2
it would be like a constant manual/grind in thps
it would be harder to balance and do tricks than to actually unicycle
I agree it would suck, but do you think about how you balance while unicycling?
exactly.
This has been talked aboot many times before, do a search and youâll find several threads.
I for one donât want them to make one, because then people would play it, and not actually unicycleâŚ
Yes people would play it, and then go out and try the tricks they did in the game for real.
I think it would be a good thing beacuse so many more people would become interested in unicycles and unicycling.
uniracers was hella awesome.
Exactly what? Whether youâre conscious of it or not, one of the most important parts of extreme unicycling is staying balanced. Stop balancing and you fall on your face.
I think it would be an interesting challenge to make a unicycling game where staying balanced is a requirement of doing anything else. Like driving, you have to stay between the guardrails, or edges of the road. On a unicycle, you could have a similar sort of steering system, controlling your center of mass in relation to the location of the wheel. It would be cool.
true, that is one of the most important parts. But think about it, staying balanced is one of the most important things just while youâre walking. and you certainly donât think about it then.
And anyway, if you did need to keep your own balance in a video game, then you would be conciously thinking about it, thus making it more unrealistic.
you could get a little plastic digital unicycle that would connect to the gaming system and when you would lean, the uni would lean and balance on the screen. You would have to idle the whole time, though. Also, you could only play it if you could unicycle (and idle).
That makes no sense, why pretend to unicycle on a screen when you are actually doing it. That would be dumb, because you would have to concentrate on actually doing tricks and not get the joy and relaxation of a real game. Darn you stubbor boys.
I want a good video game. That you would use a PS2, Xbox or GC controller to do, and the only balance you would have to deal with is during grinds, certain tricks, and stalls. No body would play a game that requires constant balance control, except for a few nerds who like bad games. People and I want a fun game, not a tedious crappy one.
sounds like catboy actually actively plays games, unike most of you who poo-poo the idea. I just think that making a game that doesnât suck costs waaaay too much money for a developer to attempt to make a unicycling game. Even if it does as well as the freestyle BMX and inline games it would barely break even. and those games have nationally known names attached to the front of them.
sorry, unused marketing degree is starting to showâŚdamn i need a job.
Actually I am a âgamerâ my brother and I own 24 video game systems and over 1000 games.
