does anyone know where i can get a trials uni and bits from in the uk?
I just got my shiny new trials unicycle delivered this morning from www.unicycle.uk.com, after a day and a half. Can’t say fairer than that.
And it’s bloomin’ marvellous… I’ve just been jumping on benches on campus and getting lots of “wow!” comments.
And it’s my birthday too…
Phil, just me
All together now… “Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you etc…”
I’ve just received my 661 4x4 pads this morning from unicycle.uk.com. I only ordered them yesterday lunch time! If I get some free time this weekend I’ll be off to some local tracks to finally try some off road stuff. I’ve been wimping out until I got my pads, so I’ve no excuse now (apart from being crap).
Have fun!
Graeme
happy birthday
what you doing sat in front of a computer get out and ride!
Murky buckets, all!
Recovering from having just been out jumping on benches and stuff. I was sweating to death at the time. Now I’m just about to go out again…

It seems easier to convince you these days, Phil. Buy a giraffe. You know you want one. Your life is so close to being complete. just buy it, and everyone will think you are great.

Must… be… strong…
No, I haven’t got room for a giraffe. Hell, I don’t know where I’m going to put this one, let alone a really tall one.
<puts fingers in ears before Gauss starts off on one>

Well which one did you get, do tell. And have you, I mean your bro decided on which one to get?
Happy birthday too.
Cheers, Gary
I got this one: http://www.unicycle.uk.com/shop/shopdisplayproduct.asp?catalogid=153
My brother has decided, of course with absolutely no coercion from me, no sir. He’s getting the 24" Nimbus II, as soon as he finds out where parcels get delivered to. A poor delay tactic, but it’s a start.

Hence the word “Trials”. (probably not but it sounded good)

Or a REALLY big wheel - one of those solid tire ones a foot and a half
bigger in diameter - 2.25 times the cross-section!!! - than a Coker…
ooh…
You could be the hit of the parade. Any parade. Women would flock to
you…
happy birthday, phil.
in my experience a trials unicycle is the way to get mobbed by women,
i haven’t been single for more that a week since i got mine.
don’t forget your wachung, ( the proper martial arts name for the stick you use to beat the ladies off with.) they’ll be hunting you like wolves.
tats, just spend as much as you can afford on your wheel/hub/cranks, profile is best. onza kicks ass and suzue/monty sucks.
oh and did i mention, you cant but a trials unicycle unless you break a freestyle uni, its the law.
…and if you break a Trials uni?
P.S. Happy B-day, Phil.
you get to buy a profile hub.
I am planing on buying a trials very soon. I better start breaking my old one by doing big drops that should not be performed with plastic pedals and crapy uni
also, would a coker girraffe work? has anyone tried it? that would rock if you had anough protective gear on.
!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY PHIL !!! have a unique birthday
-Mike

Do I count as eligible to ride my new uni then? My first uni isn’t broken as such, but the pedals are no longer exactly opposite each other any more because the hub is bent, if that counts. Ooo, and I bent one of the cranks it came with… hmmm?
Durham? Hmmmm… a possibility. I don’t think I’m free the whole weekend; what days are things happening on?
Thanks all… it has been a good day!

IT’S MY BIRTHDAY TOO!!!
Hasn’t really been such a good day today though. Had two tests and one quiz. And everyone I know who has a unicycle isn’t there right now. But on the bright side, I got a didgeridoo! When I get good enough I will try and play it on my unicycle.
What did you get, Phill?
P.S. Happy birthday!
Happy birthday to you too, in that case! A didgeridoo? Crazy! That’ll make the neighbours happy…
Phil, just me
Happy Birthday to everyone.
Rammstein, once you start playing the didgeridoo you should definitly post some didgeridoo-unicycle pics. Didgeridoos rock. What do you call someone who plays a didgeridoo?
