Ziggy is a boy. In the case of Nini Hall, I would assume she could walk by then. Yes, I had her name wrong above, she’s Nini. And this didn’t happen recently. She’s older than me!
Mel Hall is also, to my knowledge, credited with being the first person to teach a monkey to unicycle. He can be seen in a musical number in the Eleanor Powell movie “Sensations of 1945” riding a giraffe unicycle upside down, his hands operating the pedals. I hope someone will someday put this clip on YouTube. He is also in “Sensation Hunters” (1945), a “B” movie I haven’t seen.
