Post Your Unis Here!

For me the site is “under construction” :frowning: how do you get on it?

For those of you who are wandering, the new KH flatland Uni is up o0n Municycle.ca

sweet ill have to take a look…

and yeah Darren isnt selling Kh anymore…last i spoke to him, he said he really wants to get rid of it all and start improving his own parts. making upgrades of his own products, new prototypes, etc. he said if it doesnt go when he wants it to he may even have a KH sale, but hes not sure yet. he said he doesnt know exactly what he wants to do yet, but thats the direction he wants to head. to be able to build a up a Uni of only bedford parts…

Awesome! enjoy the wide rim :stuck_out_tongue:

Haha, I already am and BTW your the main reason I got it =P

My growing uni collection…

Here are my four uni’s, they are multiplying. I don’t know how long I can resist the need for a fifth one. It is an addiction I think…

The oldest is my Tom Miller 6’ giraffe from The Unicycle Factory in 1992. (Added Profile 175 cranks in 2004).

The 20" muni is from 2007 (can’t recall the brand!)

The 24" is a Club freestyle from 2009 (good to lend to beginners too)

The 36" is a 2010 Nimbus Titan frame, Coker wheelset, T7 handlebar with Titec drops, Kris Holm seatpost and Fusion Freeride seat, Mountainuni custom rotor, Avid Juicy 5 hydraulic brake, Sinz 150/125 cranks (drilled at 125 by Mountainuni.com), Odyssey twisted pc pedals (switched out sometimes with Forte Campus clipless pedals), Nightrider tire, cheap wired computer…

The Mountainuni disc brake set-up is amazing. Now I can fly down any hill I find, and know that I can modulate a safe stop (or slow down) anytime.

My nimbus 29er

what you can’t see is the duffel bag full of parts under my bed, the other bin of parts, the 3rd wheel for my giraffe, the 2 spare tires, and the extra trials wheelset(needs a new hub), also not pictured is my old '05 DX trials unicycle that is currently on loan to a friend.

Here’s my favorite unicycle. I’ve got a Nimbus uni too. But on the pic, there’s my Kris Holm (actually Double Crown) with the KH 2008 saddle (red), KH 2010 frame (a bit lightgreen :stuck_out_tongue: ), KH wheelset, KH seatclamp (red)and Impact pedals. It has also got a red rimtape that’s red.
I was thinking of getting a pink rim and white rimtape

Click on the link above, then you’ll get to another unicycle website

I contacted the Canadian UDC and he said that he had the full unis in but he wouldn’t sell the wheel set by themselves. Maybe he will get some wheelsets in later.

The price list is from Febuary 2009:wink:

My uni fleet

Hi all,

Here’s my current lineup (L-R), minus my first 20" and a UDC club 24".

  • 2008 KH20 longneck trials - with 2010 seatpost and saddle

  • KH24 “Polo Mongrel” - 2005 KH29 frame and saddle, KH onza 150mm crankset, 2009 KH24 rim, maxxis hookworm. I use this uni for polo (against guys on bikes), it’s a monster!!

  • KH26 schlumpf GUNI - with custom CF base made to mimic new KH base design, 2.4" maxxis ardent tyre.

*Triton 29er - with '08 KH ti hub, ti spokes, UDC CF base, whole thing weighs 5.1Kg.

  • KH 36er - '09 moment hub, 114mm qu-ax cranks.

Hope you enjoy the photo as much as I enjoy riding them all!!

Cheers,

Daniel

Nice family. You’re not worried about inbreed tho? And I guess that triton was adopted?

Wow :astonished: you have alot of awsome unicycles Daniel.

Lobbybopster thats a nice looking road machine.

My current uni when I got it:
(I have 137mm KH moments and VP 767 pedals now.)

Inbreeding? :stuck_out_tongue:

I think that inbreeding between a Triton and a KH would be a good thing. Perhaps the resulting offspring would be Ti KH frames??? Or a Ti/CF KH-schlumpf hub??? Think of the genetic possibilities if both the parents had such great features!

Thanks Sam!!

@Loppybopster, sweet road machine mate

Cheers,

Daniel

Road Machine

Thanks Daniel, I mostly Muni on a similar machine but did this experiment, Still have to add brakes!
