Odd that it’s seems to be an ai slop description on the listing. States the obvious about brakes and tire tread, mistakes the steel seat post knurling for carbon fiber weave and got the brand wrong.
It’s probably the cleanest Mongoose Squid I’ve seen, but from what I’ve read they sold new for like $75 when they were made (probably equivalent to $125 in today’s money)
There’s a Huni-Rex currently up on UK ebay for not very much, with delivery also cheap. Someone else needs to buy it because I’m being tempted and really shouldn’t! I’ve had some communication with the seller - they gave it as a gift to their son but he didn’t use it much and is now just sitting around.

Well… you have a stronger constitution than me and I succumbed to the temptation and clicked on that pesky “Buy it now” button… I shouldn’t really have either, but as you said, it was pretty cheap and not something that turns up very often. Thanks for posting it on here.

Plus I’m not particularly fond of long drives, which is a bigger factor contributing to my hesitation. The weekend is coming up quickly, so until then I’ll be debating with myself whether that’s something I want to buy or not considering the circumstances
Looks like an old Torker Dx. Unfortunately there aren’t a whole lot of length options for the 8 spline bmx cranks if that matters to you. Personally I wouldn’t do that long of a drive for such a uni unless you’re in an area completely barren of second hand uni’s or if it’s somewhere you would like to take a day trip to.
