Cokers aren’t bad but that’s a bad deal, why on earth would you buy used when you can buy one new for under ten percent more here.
Also if you read that guys description he actually wants $450 which is more then new.
You can get a brand new big one from coker for $439 with free shipping.
LOL! Could probably drive his asking price down by showing him that.
I’ve been considering a Nimbus 36er, probably the Oracle. Anybody know how that Coker compares?
Auuugghh, I hate it when I see a typo after I write something and the edit period is gone.
Brownie points to anyone who can spot it in this quote.

Yep!
Interestingly, it looks like Coker has reduced its earlier price, which is still stated in the body of the text as $489.95. So it’s 50 less than it used to be. (I don’t think the $439 price is an error – I clicked on the “add to cart” button, and it came up the same in the next screen.)
It’s also interesting that he brake option is a mechanical model. Has this always been? (My Coker has Maguras, but I’m not sure about the feature change history.)
I think Cokers are a pretty good deal, in general. Perhaps not as good, feature-wise, as a KH or similar, but I have no complaints about mine (which I bought used).
I’ve never seen a Coker frame with Maggie bosses. Does your Coker have Evo mounts that put the Maggies onto cantilever studs?
On a side note, I actually think a v-brake is a better option on the coker than a maggie. I may be in the minority here, but it easily fits around the tire, parts are readily available, and you still have far more powerful braking than you need considering the size of the rotor (700mm’s+).
Torker in Minnesota
Say friends,
Is this 24" Torker a DX or an LX? I can’t tell the difference. If it’s a DX, I think I want it.
That’s an lx. Too bad, that would be a good dx price…
Disaster averted! Thank you, sir!
thoughts
I wanted to get a new unicycle and I found this torker dx on craigs for $150; Will this be a good unicycle to grow into for the price? And what do you all think about the condition?
Thanks!
I would say that’s a good deal. It’ll be a bit heavier then a nimbus or KH but it will be tough. It looks like it has not been ridden much if any as I can’t see any scratches on the seat bumper or pedals. The seatclamp is not on correctly which is probably not the best for the frame but not terrible. (It should be straightened so that the split part of the clamp matches the split in the frame.)
Say, thank you very much for the input Shmo, I appreciate it~
Your welcome!
A pair of Nimbus Equinoxes for a really good price for anyone along the Wasatch front or passing thru Utah:

impact reagent street unicycle
just spotted this deal on unicycle.uk.com text below from website
Check out the deal of the week! Super discounted prices. Grab it while you can! This week we have the Impact Reagent short neck unicycles on offer. The unicycle + shipping can be delivered to your door for just £200. The RRP on this unicycle is £375.
Man, I just searched KSL for unicycles and since when have there been KH’s for sale on there? Seems like when I was looking for a deal on there, all they had was Schwinns and Savages.
First time in a year of looking that I have seen one show up. Then, two at the same time! Too bad the KH20 looks thrashed or that would be a sweet deal too.
