Yah, it’s a Cyco Cycle. I have two of them. They look like they might be a unicycle with training wheels, but they aren’t. I picked one up used for about $25 bucks just to see what it was like, and my kids loved it so much I got another one for about the same price. $45 is a bit pricey for a used one, as Walmart was selling them new for $50 not too long ago.

There is a Nimbus 700cc ultimate wheel at a ridiculous price on eBay (for now $20 + $10).
