Pictures of your latest ride

What brake is that’s looks hot

As for keeping things comfortable… your guess is as good as mine. Just a good pair of bike shorts, frequently adjusting body position, & a lot of mind over matter. I probably stopped about every eight miles to take a photo or find a detour around washed out sections.

The brake is a Clarks Skeletal hydraulic disc that I picked up for cheap. Pretty happy with it. There are definitely better quality out there, but not in cool green.

so we got a group to go ride so we met up in town at 10pm and we start unloading and it starts to rain. We decide to ride in the rain and we start to ride around and this chick comes out of a bar and askes if she can ride so i help her up onto my trials and she ask for a picture

this is us as a group, not the sideways rain

this is us at the end which is 4am :stuck_out_tongue: most fun i have had in a long time

Playing around on my hoppley 24" upgrading to a nimbus soon, I’m suprised how strong these uni’s are for a cheap uni, bit of fun today on the Gold Coast, Australia.

did my first half century today involving cambridge to st ives and back twice along the guided busway

Ah nice terry love the new camo :sunglasses: . can barely keep up with your ever changing unicycles

Thanks. Yeah I like changing things up to keep it interesting.

From the 4th of July:

Almost didn’t see it there! :stuck_out_tongue:

First picture here from me - Riding along the Radcliffe-Bury canal, got my dad to photo it

Here’s a couple picture from yesterdays ride at curt gowdy state park.

I’ve been told Curt Gowdy is an awesome place to ride; what type of riding is it? Looks like nice xc type riding, is it technical or flowy?

great group this year, including new riders. 2nd pic is my kids and i

Alright, went on another good ride today. Just shy of 26 miles and probably a hair under 4000 vertical (I’m thinking around 3700). For fellow Utahrds, I rode up Old Snowbasin Road, hit Trappers Loop and descended into Mountain Green where I turned around and went back up Trappers and back down into Huntsville area where I was parked. Weather was perfect and had two people take my picture during the ride as well as numerous waves and horn beeps.

Here’s a couple pics from Snowbasin area. Can anyone tell the difference between the two? It’s tough to see, and later tonight I’ll post up a closer pic.

It’s funny, I’ve ridden this road 3 times in a row now. I guess when you find something that you really like, it’s hard to stop doing it. :stuck_out_tongue:

Udc sticker!!!

Your pic is so GIGANTIC I would need a 36" screen to see it all! Please resize to 800x600. I’m guessing you used a link to a photo-sharing website, since the max upload here is 800x800.

Yep. Threw one in my bag for this ride after I saw all the stickers on the signs on my last ride.

Curt Gowdy state park

Hey Aspenmike,

The terrain at Curt Gowdy has a bit of everything. But mostly its intermediate and above MTB terrain. Lots of short steep ups and downs, many of them covered in technical rocks. There are several “play grounds” scattered along trails. As far as uni’s go up there I’m very new to muni so I’m not sure how to rate them (I had to walk around a lot of stuff). When I was into MTBing I never ran out of challenges and there were some sections that I never got. Last I heard there were about 200 miles of trails in the area, quite a few of which are not listed on any trail map. I think it’s pretty awesome.

Anyone for a spot of ‘moo-nicycling’’ ?

These pics were taken in the field where hubbs flies his rc planes. There is a narrow path which has been made by the sheep walking through the field. I have been trying for ages to “ride this skinny”. Well yesterday I managed it  There is a slight downhill slope which does make it easier to pedal.

I’ve ridden there a few times, as recently as two weeks ago, trails are really fun, a mix of easy XC to rocky and rooty stuff, lots of tech stuff down low near the state park camground further East. There are a bunch of trail heads, it can be confusing, so pick up a map at the bike store in town for a dollar.
