No, “my friend and me” is correct. Think of it as if the other person wasn’t mentioned - if he’d just posted a picture of himself, it would be “me”, not “I” (“a picture of me”).
If the context is where you would use “I” for just yourself - as in “I am being pedantic about grammar”, it would be “My friend and I are being…”
At least, that’s how I was taught to do it.
(Edit - I suppose it depends how you interpret the original “my friend and me”… As it’s not a whole sentence the context is a bit vague - I was assuming it to be short for “A picture of my friend and me”, but I suppose it could be interpreted as “My friend and me were riding on these railings”, which would be wrong. Or even a response to an assumed question “who are those people?”, in which case it should properly be “it is I”, or “they are my friend and I”, although that’s one situation where “I” always sounds wrong to me [or at least overly stuck-up] even though gramatically correct - I’d certainly say “me” in that context when speaking to avoid sounding like a twat :p).

The one with glowing spokes and rim is cool as well - how was that done? I’m assuming it’s not just added in PhotoShop or something - looks like it was a real light.

This was today after I completed the 43km training ride for a marathon that I will participate in soon. It was great sunny spring weather, all though very windy. I finished the 43km in 1h52m. So that’s an average of about 23km/h. I don’t know if I can go any faster than that for the marathon. But I think it’s not too bad. I’m not expecting to win anyways.
Haha, but I want to go higher still! I can get a bit higher on my trials uni, but the one in the pics above is pretty heavy! :o

Hurricane Creek Park
Just got back from a local Freeride / Downhill park. Hurricane Creek Can’t believe I’ve never visited and it’s only 45 minutes away! Only heard about it recently, and I’m pretty sure I’m the first unicyclist these guys have ever seen! I know I missed some elements, there is just so much out there! This was recon as I wanted to see the whole park because there are miles of cross-country trails as well. Will definitely be going back as the owner continues to add elements! (below) “The Beast” just one of many free-ride elements (though this was the largest and most elaborate).
