Pictures of your latest ride continued

Hay thank you!

I went up the Pfänderstraße starting in Lochau. Its paved the whole way up.

If you want we could try to organize riding up together. Or just riding in general, i just moved here last year and dont know anyone to ride with in the area.

Those are some nicely coloured spokes!

OK, we can arrange something next spring if you want. I’m not strong at uphill, though. I’d like to start training uphill again in the spring and hope to have my aluminum 24" Fatty ready to ride by then.

First ride with bars today :cowboy_hat_face: Although I’d say I’m well past the stage where I’m flailing my arms around while riding, I didn’t realize how much I still used my arms to balance until I tried keeping my hands on the grips. I had some fleeting moments where it felt “just right” while riding, but for sure I will need some more time with them.

They also make for an excellent unicycle stand… I love just looking at it

Well done, and keep on practicing.
Bars are a game changer and so worth the time invested, as they make riding longer distances so much better.

From the first time riding a 36" Uni I have felt riding with bars is a more relaxed way to ride.
I completed my 1st recorded 100km this weekend. It was in a charity ride for MS.
Sydney to Wollongong.
I’m in no rush to try for 100mile.

I rode 19km this weekend looping around a local lake. Actually it’s a ~25k ride but I shortened it a bit by starting with a train ride. A great decision as I was quite exhausted at the end of the ride.

Congrats! I just did the same in September as a fundraiser for diabetes organization. It took me 6:09, just like you, but you climbed a bit more than I did.

Excellent !
I missed it as I definitely needed to catch up on sleep, but now I’m a bit sad…
Many new faces, maybe you need to name them!

Two-day Unipacking tour, where I pitched my tent with a farmer I met by chance who collects old tractors. So I was allowed to swap one wheel for 4 wheels! That was great fun!

Among 2 of my favorite things in life, unicycles and old tractors. Thanks for sharing, I Love the picture , I’m not familiar with that tractor manufacturer, what is it’s country of origin?
