@Pierrox : full bloom is next week… why don’t you go there with Thierry? (I’m not here next week)
Looking great Terry!
Mailrun ride Singleton NSW Australia. Unicycling gives you wings… We had a beautiful morning to ride. Did the 40km distance event. Really nice calm countryside ride.
Great pictures. I was planning on doing the Mail Run but it all got messed up with COVID isolation. Family got through all well though. Hopefully next year. Just started commuting to work 14km each way.
Bummer! Come next year, it’s a really well run event, quiet country roads, friendly cyclists… Really blessed with the weather this year too.
Planning to do Dungog weekend 24-26 September. That looks like it will be really enjoyable, nice quiet countryside, variety of bike related things going on, very doable distances.
Also the Spring cycle - just the 10km event though for me.
A 15 mile coastal ride at the British Juggling Convention in Ramsgate.
Someone else organised a b*ke ride from the convention starting at the same time but without having a route planned, so I ended up leading the whole lot of us.
Not much offroad and not much third dimension around, but nice weather and somewhat nice scenery:
Happy Easter!
My latest ride ,yesterday I ride 55 km (34,1 miles) with my 36". It was a very nice ride with good weather.
I really like your bar setup. The paracord “donut” looks like a great idea to absorb impacts from the ground.
For some reason, I love to ride next to a river or on a bridge. I find it soothing.
Water is just chill
It snowed almost 30cm yesterday, I was almost the only one out on the paths.
this was wet snow so it was extra slippy than normal snow, so it was challenging to do much more than riding on the path but I did get up to some rock drops, some easy mtb trails, some one foot riding, some drifting (braking and twisting so as to loose traction for a second, then regain traction and continue riding), and some other skills.
On the way home from work, I treat myself to a nice detour along the blooming apple trees. It is a privilege to live in such a beautiful area with many quiet streets.
I like the contrast in the pictures of the last two posts, @DavidTennant and @www.einradshop.ch. May I ask where this snowy region is? The sunny one is Switzerland, I’m sure.
