It’s actually relatively easy to walk a dog on a unicycle. If the dog lunges or decides to chase a squirrel you just let the unicycle go and run it out. I’ve been bicycling with dogs for decades now and while that’s not difficult, unicycling with dogs is actually easier as upd’s on a bike are generally bad news while upd’s on a unicycle are just standard procedure.
Yeah, alright. I mainly ride my 36". Yesterday I was going slowly ready to make this big right-hand turn when suddenly a car comes out from around that corner. I don’t know what happened, but very quickly I was standing in-front of my cycle.
If I had been on my 29" it would have been a simple step off on the ground.
Size matters, I guess.
It’s not my latest ride, but there’s hill near where I live that I like to ride up just to contemplate the view, which shows the city center (which is also on a hill):
Couldn’t resist posting this from this morning…

I like very much the contrast between your orange uni and the green landscape!
Beautiful picture and unicycle!
Lovely countryside ride in South England. It was a bit chilly, but it was good to have the sun to warm me up.
Thanks ![]()
Where’s that Terry?
Next to the Redondo Beach pier. I must admit that I superimposed the uni picture onto the sign. ![]()

Thanks, Terry, Great job!
Cool to see you guys out there riding in Sceaux ! Looks like the trees are in full bloom too! Good ride? Less cramps I hope!
