People wanting to browse or search videos specifically is a valid point.
I myself like looking for pictures for example, this is why I made the 
[Experimental] Topic Galleries.
The most obvious way to keep track of videos would be tags, but I think most people won’t add them.
Perhaps I can automate the tag application by looking for text like youtube, youtu.be, vimeo, .mp4, etc… on a topic creation.
Perhaps regular members (trust level 3) can add this tag themselves if they see someone creating a video topic without the tag. This is a great thing with this forum software, the community can self-moderate to an extent 
Perhaps there is not enough new topics containing videos for this to be a real moderation issue.
If people want to look for certain types of videos, for learning, the best would be a wiki that references such topics or video. What do you think?
