No, but you can fit a 26x3 wheel in the KH 29er frame. musketman did that.
buying a koxx one and getting longer cranks seems easier than buying a 29er frame and whipping out a 26" wheel to put into it

it makes a big difference.
I highly suggest getting a 29er frame(like KH) and buying some KH 165mm moment hub and cranks, a sun dublewide rim, and a tire, and having the wheel built.
