It probably depends on where you are buying from in regards to shipping and exchange rates. People are receiving steel frames which when shipping overseas is a bit more expensive than other steel frames price wise.
I guess a Koxx 1 would be nicer to ride than a nimbus2 though so yeh you are probably right.

I have been watching this thread for a few days with interest since I had ordered a Koxx unicycle from Amazon. It was listed as a used Koxx XForm 2.0 Alien for $155.61. I thought I couldn’t go wrong for that price.
It turns out that it wasn’t used, but brand new in the box with a black domina II frame. I am very happy with what I got and what I paid for it. Now I need to wait for my new Percussion shin and knee pads!
