In terms of financial trustworthiness, security of payments and so on, you should have no worries at all.
As for service - I only have experience of the UK branch, but cannot speak highly enough of them. I’ve had 6 unicycles, an ultimate wheel, and countless cranks, seats and odds and ends off them. Service is prompt and friendly, they are always willing to give advice. If they make a mistake with an order (everyone’s human) they go more than the extra mile to put it right.
It is enthusiastic firms like unicycle.com that make our sport possible. We should not only trust them, but support them wherever we can.
