it just takes a lot of time. i used to ONLY hop si as well. when i finally moved onto sif, i had the same problem. i was treating them just like si hops…throwing my upper body forward and trying to basically bend into a v.

AWFUL form. as you can see it almost looks like a static si hop.
but youll learn. you really gotta develop a lot of new muscles.
yeah it will def take time…and less tire will definitely help you get power from static hops.
i know everyone recommends sif squats…i used to do them as well. but i don’t anymore. i think they help return from the sif squat position. what i recently started was knee raises(google em, dont be thrown off by the name, it’s an ab exercise basically.), which are even better than situps, and that has helped my tuck so much. since it is a lot of your abs you use when you tuck…

I usually just go to Home Depot and ride there but I recently got kicked out of there. NOt many people around here give away pallets… So I don’t have any at my house anymore(all my free ones broke) pallets are insanely expensive here…
