how do i get this image down to below 20000 bytes?
Ooooo! That is a pretty big file! I doubt you can without making it like 10 pixels X 10 pixels, which I doubt you would want. The avatar I have now was just barely under 20000 with only 4 frames at 60X60, so I doubt you can get yours that small. Might have to consider another avatar. 
That avatar would be annoying and distract people from the actual posts in the thread…
you could take out some of the frames
People would have to have some serious ADD not to be able to read cause of an image. I mean, can people here not focus enough to type if they see their hands moving to type it??? Come ON!!!

Agreed. It’s a great grind and nich to watch three times or so, but would be an annoying avitar.

How many stairs is it? Its a fisheye lens right, the rail isn’t curved. I think it would make a sweet avatar. I stink when it comes to computers so I don’t know what to tell you maybe just take out some frames. It isn’t that distracting either, but maybe I’m not easily distrac… Hey look a bunny!

fish eye lenses have the black markings on the outside
it looks like a wide angle lens to me
“Semi-fisheye” is most likely what it is. That’s 0.3 in the wide angle lens scale. I’ve got one, and it looks a bit less fisheyeish than that.

this is the best i could do. i took it down to 3 colors. if you want it take it. im putting my real one back up later.
it was a good idea at the time…
but im not gonna put it as my avatar. especially coz its like 130kb and its tiny. and really jerky too. even with 20 frames
twas 9 stairs, round , and i did it first go (which is the most important statistic these days)
