Cary Gray's Two-Continent Ride

This weekend there was a news story about Cary Gray (CaryOutThere on these forums) getting ready to start his planned 22,000 mile ride of North, Central, and South America. Looks like he’s leaving Tuesday.

For those who were unaware but wish to follow him, I thought I’d post the links to his various web outlets.

2 continents = 2 easy.

Not without 2 wheels!

Just to kinda bring this up-to-date…

The way I remember it, Cary broke the world record for longest unicycle trip. Then when he was in (I think) Colombia, he had everything stolen, including his wallet, passport, etc. So he headed home to the USA and regrouped.

This week he set back out. I’m not exactly sure what the plan is this time, but it looks like he’s on his way to Alaska (which is about to get very cold).

For anyone interested in following his progress, the links I posted above all still apply.

According to his blog:

You can read his blog and/or friend him on facebook.

Very worthy of last year’s Evolution of Balance Award.

Honestly, I’m not a fanboy, but I think this is cool.

:sunglasses:

Wow, that’s great! Congrats to Cary, hope you win!
