Wow, that is ridiculous. Someone should make a custom frame and make this an epic snow unicycle.
I think a Surly frame would handle the rim fine. It’s single wall, so not designed for muni, but it sure would be fun, would make the endo like a tractor

Not really that outlandish considering what other options are out there. I plan one day to get either a Surly Darryl or a Speedway Umma II (80mm) to pair with a Larry as a winter riding rig.
Wide single walled rims can take quite a beating if built up properly. My drilled 29x50mm Umma is still perfect other than a few rock dings after 8 months of use.
