Can you use it with a wireless internet connection, download music and video’s, watch movies, and all that other good stuff? If I got anything it would be a BC first, then a PSP second.
And no, I’m not gay. and yes I am a guy.

baha re u really gonna buy UMD movies? and wireless??? dont make me laugh cables go 20x faster
and true u cant play music, but you could buy an mp3 player for £10 for the price difference… thats smaller and u wont mind breaking…
there is an attachment for the ds that lets you store video, music, and pictures. unfortunately, the company i would have recomended for buying this accessory has been shut down.
Well actually yes, yes yes and yes.
There’s software for an Opera browser for the DS that makes use of its wifi capabilities. I won’t say it’s the most sophisicated piece of browser around but it works. But why’d you want to surf the net for serious things on a handheld anyway??? You want to PLAY GAMES ON IT.
Music/Videos. Yup, there’s various add-ons you can buy to watch movies, videos, play music. Heck, you can get emulators and play SNES/NES/GBA games on it.
Games-wise, the PSP sucks imo because most of the games on it are ports or sequels from consoles. Think GTA, Wipeout, etc etc. Some of them are fun sure but where’s the innovation??? Now look at the DS. There’s all the compulsory Mario franchises we’ve grown up on, Zelda, etc. And there’re the new cool games like Ouendan (oh, Japanese games are the WEIRDEST EVER), Dragon Quest Rocket Slime… If you’re into RPGs, there’s Children of Mana, FFIII, Pokemon (although that’s debatable), Lost in Blue and what I’m currently playing - Contact.
If you’re stuck for a choice between an iPod and a PSP, I’d say go for PSP because it’s got added functionalities apart from playing music. But if your focus is on playing games with watching videos and music on the side, go for the DS.
BTW, the ps3 sucks. It’s heavier and larger than an xbox 360, it’s uglier as well and the games look the same unless you’re getting a HDTV and sit a foot away from the TV at all times.
DS and iPod
I have a DS and an iPod. The iPod is a much better video player than the PSP, and the DS has better games than the PSP. The DS does wireless to other DS’s. The DS is 2/3 the price of a PSP.
The iPod is half the size of a PSP and has a hard drive. I keep a bunch of uni videos on it to show my disbelieving friends when they say stuff like “They ride unicycles in the woods?”

BC=skill
video games=waste of time
I have had a job for nearly three years, i have no PSP, no BC, no DX but i have had fun.
Hey tobbogonist. At least you have a PC. That’s a good thing i guess
I finally broke my seat post on my LX. Snapped it at the seat bracket joinnt. They are only 15 or $20 on UDC right? Should I buy one when I get the chance or just put it all twords the BC and have no uni to ride untill then? keep in mind winter is coming up and I probably won’t be riding any uni as much (If I got a BC it would probably be around spring). I know $15 doesn’t seem like a whole lot, but that’s 15$ more I’ll have to make to get a BC.
P.S. I just learned outspins and I was getting the hang of crankflips too!
i have a PSP and i post from it all the time, but if you dont have wireless internet they are useless. im just now ordering a BC wheel and would gladly give away my PSP for a BC. PSP seems cooler when you want it, then you have it for a week and it awesome, but afterthat week it gets lss fun everytime you use it
I’ll swap a bc for your psp.
