I don’t think streetlanding is really anything. It is all just flatland. I think if you just a bunch of flip tricks on flat then it is flatland too. In Ill your definition of street landing is basically just flatland but you never touch the cranks and Arthur was on the cranks in his trick.
That is a good point but if what you say is true then the trick has even less relevance in the game because it would just be freestyle/flatland.
Shaun started the game and he seems to have an idea in his head of what he wants it to be, so I’ll leave it to him to decide.
That is a good point. I guess I saw the donkey style kick, adn the unispin. But he did touch the cranks. I guess it’s more of a mix. I can see a big differnce from flatland, streetland, and street done on flat. It all makes sense to me. Look at Xav, all the crank dancing. Wheel posing styles (if not on the cranks) falls to streetlanding. (Means there will be more jumping to the wheel, and not wraping to wheel pose.) Street done a flat ground is just tricks that could be busted down sets (notice how that isn’t flatland, you really can’t jump to the cranks do a wrap around and get back on the pedals before you come to the bottom of a three set). And streetlanding is a lot like flatlanding, and freestyle, with flips in and out of (possible) whatever you are doing, you can wrap and can-can, but it will be from a wheel pose, and not from the cranks. I know you know most if not all of the spencer, i’m mainly saying it to get it out there and seperate. I quiet calling unispins freestyle, that word is too broad. Street freesytle, what is that? Street is all made up on the spot anyway, is that freestyle? Street is street, to me it’s cut and dry, if ya want to do it on flat ok, I like street on flat, see how many tricks you can get in a run. I don’t like streetlanding, It’s really techy and frustrating when it gets difficult, and I don’t like flatlanding, because there is not enough movement in it.

p.s. I want just a flip version (or stuff like late 360s, look backs, blind late 180s. whatever) There can be other games, but I don’t someone to do a trick that less people will take the means to land. I admit a late hickflip was a bit much, but nonetheless. Flips are pretty hot right now, and still growing (I picked up two more yesterday), just keep it going, someone do an inwardsmall and keep it rolling, someone to a calflip, and get another one branched off. Maybe we could label the subject of our post (advanced, notice, beginner) and have three different games going down where everyone could play.
Sorry guys if you don’t like that tricks but I don’t understand why you’re polemizing ??
The game is just to do a street tricks … not specially a trick which already exists so just play the game ! Stop getting ahead of and just RIDE !! héhé
Arthur, Your trick rocks! nothing wrong with it, it’s just not what Shaun is looking for in this game.
I think from what Shaun has said within this thread, that he started the game looking for tricks that could be landed off sets and nothing more, anything else will be considered as streetlanding/flatlanding etc.

I don’t doubt its an inward small flip, but from the video it looks really like a varial flip. I might be wrong, just can’t see your body moving.

Yeah that was a variel flip or 180/180 flip (couldnt tell if you started seat in or seat out), not an inward flip. An inward flip is when you do a 180 unispin crankflip but do a body variel in the opposite direction.
I would work on these, but I sprained my wrist so I’ll be out for a while.

I could lateflip, I haven’t seen anyone else lateflip yet. Actually like really late on flat, pop up wait until mid jump then flip it. Oh well. Something like that.

Shaun, I wanna have a go at filming this, pretty sure I could get it within a couple of tries but to be honest with you I can’t think of a trick to follow on with. Lets just say every man for himself, whoever gets there first.
