Sweet, Dan, I saw you draw that at grandma’s. I feel quite special.
Pen & Ink drawing I did…the body of the guitar is done entirely with stippiling (extremely small dots)
dudes! these new pieces are awesome!
This is another pen & ink done with stippiling
I’ve been attempting to expand my artistic abilities with Blender 3D, and I’d like to think I’ve made a few good pieces. I’m at school now, but when I get home I’ll put a few of my attempts on this thread.
every day i do abstact art in class in my not pads ,EG a stick man skydiving while holding a crayola crayon in his hand that is 1000 times bigger than a noramal crayon
or a cactus holding ice-cream & fairy floss
Know the technical term for that?
Doodling.
true but mine are just a little insightfull into my mind and i find it interesting to study my own drawings
anyways here is a MS paint version of my favourite one
slinkymigrat2.bmp (418 KB)
slinkymigrat1.bmp (444 KB)
slinkymigrat3.bmp (503 KB)
sumone shuld draw calvin doing a small spin or sumthin along those lines…
Couple blender works:
And my latest “piece”, which is really just me experimenting with Blender 3D’s particle generator:
Those are awesome! You’re a really good artist. I can’t even draw decent stick figures.
haha thanks…i can’t draw stick figures either…i actually think drawing stick figures is just as hard as anything else (well it is for me)
anybody ever use solid works, looks similar to the Blender 3D program…
This isn’t exactly a piece of art, but my friend and I made a short stop-motion animation video the other day. It’s our first attempt and if I could do it over again I’d make some changes, but this it what we came up with:

Hey man, that’s pretty cool! I’d never have the patience for stop-motion.
Hey thanks…it really didn’t take that long to do it. That whole video was just over 200 frames. It could have used a few more though!
Here’s a spray-painting of my face, from a cut-out vectorized image. It’s on some random poster board I found in my garage, with regular Rustoleum black spray paint.
I should do these for people on Craigslist for like five bucks or something. Neat summer moneymaker, eh?!
This is a really old topic, but I’ll share anyway. I’m not a pro. Just a student on hiatus. This was a class project. All done in pencil.
I’d like to summon a fellow French unicyclist from forum.monocycle.info, but he’s not here…
Some of his work:
Inspired by a real stolen unicycle story:
His blog:
He also made a fantastic wood and carbon frame:
Brilliant, thanks for sharing
