who is unicyclist in Beach Patrol video on iTunes store??

Currently, there is a free video on the iTunes store called “Beach Patrol : San Diego” (hey, it was free). At 2:41 (2 minutes, 41 secs) into the show there is about a 2 second gllimpse of a unicyclist. Anyone know who this is?

FYI, you don’t need an iPod to watch this, just iTunes.

It’s not mango.
It’s a young, skinny guy with no shirt riding a trials uni. (But not doing trials; riding along the beach path in sandles).
