Web Site: http://www.theusversusjohnlennon.com/

Description: This film is a compelling and provocative look at John Lennon’s transformation from beloved musical artist to anti-war activist to iconic inspiration for peace that also reveals the true story of why and how the U.S. Government tried to silence him. The film will also show that this was not just an isolated episode in American history but that the issues and struggles of that era remain relevant today.

Looking forward to it. Hope it will be a good movie.

I’d really like to see it. I’d be just as happy seeing it on DVD as in the movie theater, but I’ll probably be watching it on my monitor instead

Well it comes out today. Is it going to DVD or will it be in theaters?

KH.

It’s got an exclusive engagement in three Manhattan theaters, starting today!

Musician…Humanitarian…National Threat

“A controversial look at a true 20th century genious under fire.” Pete Hammond, MAXIM

Yeah I think somewhere said that it would mostly be in NY and LA areas for right now, but then again I don’t know.

So you watching it today?

KH.

I’m not working at Wal-Mart today, and I’m trying to get my wife to come to the show. at at least one theater it’s playing in more than one screening room, so shows are at 11:00, 11:30 , 12;30; 1:00 all day long.

I’ll give yyou my review later.

OK. I saw the movie at the theater today.

Personally, I loved it. It held my attention from beginning to end. I learned some new things about John and the circumstances.

I enjoyed seeing John, talking, singing, being.

There were many sad moments, some related personally to John, some to the sad times when US National Guard killed kids on a college campus (May 4, 1970) and the Vietnam war.

Cinemagraphically, no need for the large screen, and I’m sure it will continue to do well on DVD. Great soundtrack, a special selection of MANY Lennon tunes, by Lennon.

I had to see it, cuz I love John and grew up with him. I recommend it for fans of John, fans of the peace movement, and fans of that era of US history (Nixon, corrupt FBI, Watergate, Immigration Service used to harass people like John).

Enjoy seeing John’s power, and why he was feared and harassed by the US government.

Peace, Billy

Its good to know, that it will be a good watch. Thanks.

KH.

I pray that it comes to Oklahoma for you , dude!! They really need it out that way.

The way they keep movies from your area, it’s like living behind the Iron Curtain.

We need to beam in the truth, like Radio Free Europe!!

i want it to come to CT
