The Düsseldorfer

Hmmm… Why do you post this in here?

Hi Axi
We would that many person in your land know about this event.
Perhaps someone will be came to our Marathon in 2009. The france unicycle wount make perhaps an Europe Longstreet Champion Chip. The Düsseldorfer Marathon is one of the five Champion Chip.

Sorry for my English. It’s a long time ago if I spoke English and wrote it.

Dear
The Düsseldorfer

Tire Mystery

I wonder what size of tire this is in practice. I have a KH29 with a Kenda 29" x 2.1" which is too big. On Düsseldorfers club website it says the maximum diameter is 705 mm or 27.76 in. The Kenda 29" is 28.85 inches in diameter. There doesn’t seem to be any such tire as 28”x1.75” for sale that I can find so far.

This is the quote implying that a 28" x 1.75" tire exists…
Raddurchmesser maximal 70,5 cm (= 28" x 1,75“; relevant = Reifenprägung)

Schwalbe Marathon tire for example. I have that tire and its a 28x1.75 and it fits the KH rim.

It doesnt matter how big your tire is, as long as there is 28x1,75 printed on it, you can start in the “Standard” class.
