UK hockey tournament, March 17th

Still going ahead here in Bristol… from 2:30pm onwards, until about 7:30
or 8:00pm…

Prices are 1.50 per player, 50p per spectator… so if you’re in the area and
wondering what this is all about come and have a look!

If you are with a team who would like to enter, Email me with your home address
and I’ll send on the Info…

We are especially looking to hear from “local” teams, such as Bath, Stroud,
Cheltenham and Gloucester, and Cardiff amongst others, who we have still not
managed to contact outright…

If you are coming, PLEASE let me know, as we need to sort out a decent playing
order at this end, so everyone gets to playand have fun and all…

thanks…

PJ xx

Re: UK hockey tournament, March 17th

Just to say ta to the Bristol guys for organising it, congrtats to the Freaks
for winning it, and ta again for everyone who turned up and made a day that had
quite a few problems worth going to.

Also, can the guy who I was talking to from KAOS about playing in Birmingham
please contact me? I’m sorry, I’ve forgotten your name.

Stay on top, John

Hear, hear. Much fun.

I’d just like to point out that our name “KAOS” comes from the jumbled initial
letters of the clubs involved (Kidderminster and Selly Oak) and an accurate
description of our gameplay. We have no connection with a similarly named shop
in Worcester. While they may be glad of the advertising, they may not wish to be
associated with being beaten 17-0 by the Freaks.

Regards, Mark.
