I already don’t have space to store my unicycles. I certainly don’t have space to buy stands for them all as well. Just a pile of unis will do for me.

The hatchet and 36 are in the shed, the 32 in the car, coz I just rode 14km with it

Leaving unis in the car is bad idea. Easily could ruin tire pressure

We have a spare room in our house that’s slowly getting filled with unicycles/b*cycles

Good use of a room.. though you should just sell the b!kes for more space and money for new unis

Yeah two bikes = 1 professional unicycles

Two bad Bikes with a bad Price, or One Bike with a normal Price is One good Unicycle. And 3 good Unicycles are a perfekt Bike. The price is than higher than 3 Thousand Euros. But it is a low price for a normal bike. For a good bike with good Componets you can pay over 9.000 Euros. For a E-Bike the price goes higher with 12 Thousand Euros. You can buy a used car for this Price. That is so Crazy I think, but Bikes and Unicycles are better than a car. I used my bike to cycle to work or you can go with the puplic Transport and the Unicycle and that way works very well for me too.

I reckon in each hobby, you have quality items that just cost a lot. The EUC I bought cost me 2400, same as my electric moped. I also play Irish Tin Whistle. One of the whistles cost me 400 EUR. I figured cheap just isn’t good enough, but neither with playing music nor with unicycling I have a professional skill. So many peeps that are better than me.

Today, I broke my crank puller.
Maybe I have monster-like strength!
Has anyone else ever snapped one like this? I might be the first in the world.

I had only ever used ISIS cranks before, and this was my first time trying to remove a square taper crank. That’s when I made this mistake.

Some people have damaged their hub threads by using a crank puller incorrectly, right?

What I’m proud of is that only half of the crank puller broke, so if I insert it gently, it still works — meaning I didn’t have to spend 20,000 won on a new one!

Just before clicking to buy a new crank puller, I had that realization.

The crank has been changed from 89mm to 75mm, so now I can enjoy riding without worrying about it hitting the ground while pedaling.

Maybe your square taper is cursed?
You can grind the remaining „surplus“ of the thread away to make it even easier to screw the tool into the crank thread. Then again, if it works as it is
a crank puller is usually not a tool that you use daily.

You need a different end-piece for ISIS and Square taper or you are in for some trouble. I once “broke” (or actually “fixed”) my cranks instead of the extractor by doing this mistake:

yes it is!

If you change your cranks daily you should in my opinion invest in self extracting crank screws

I have tried those on my 36er. They are way more practical than multihole cranks. Simply change crank lengths when one set falls off.

Only problem with self extracting crank screws is if you have different screw diameters :frowning: (or Schlumpf hubs, but these are a bit more work anyway).

Today, actually yesterday, I realised that I have a yellow/green bum. Mostly green.
During Ascension Day I participated in a downhill event. Had lots of fun and UPDs. And one fall
I was UPDing towards the front (you should UPD to the back in steep terrain, but
). Everything happened very fast, so I’m not 100% sure what happened exactly. But I think I tried and grabbed a little tree that wasn’t strong enough to stop me from falling. Instead it induced a rotation of my body so that I finally fell backwards and landed on my butt. Of course I hit a rock or a root right where my crash pants have no padding. That was quite unpleasant but fortunately it didn’t hurt enough to stop me from unicycling.
Ever since that day I expected to see some haematoma, but I didn’t
until yesterday, when the aftermath finally manifested.

Today I changed the lockscreen image to this:

what’s in the bushes? A nice lady? Or maybe a monster pulled you off the uni and is gobbling you up.
My lock screen is a negative picture of my Nimbus 29er. My wife says I should change it to a picture of the kids. I think I see them enough during the day.

Nah, just my head.
