umm, you can send in the frame as is and they will replace it.
you will need a reciept, but i think thats it

i DID hit myself in the face with my seat when i pulled up and my seatpost broke cause of a crack that was there before or something..

but to be on topic, that sucks.
do you have anything else to ride while you wait for a new frame?
not being able to ride sucks.

i have a 24" oldie w/ cottered cranks, im going to buy new pins cuz the old ones are worn out, i have to use a CX seat tho 8-O
i hope they send my the frame quickly
