The Big Blue Marble. Anyone Remember that.

Does anyone remember the T.V. Show “The Big Blue Marble” made during the Mid 1970’s to 1981. I have and I reckon it was great. The Reason’s I’m asking this… Do the Over 35 years age bracket (35+ onwards) remember some Circus stuff and Unicycling. I did when I was growing up. Like Unicycle Basketball,
Street performers, Clown Audition’s and the Moscow Circus School. Thanks to Google search engine, I found some Episode’s if anyone can remember some. This is some of these in Program order.

Program #28. Sarasota, Florida. Sailor Circus.
Program #52. India. Street Performers. (Some Unicycling there I think)
Program #83. New York. Madion Square Gardens, CLown Auditions.
Program #88. Amsterdam. Someone name Jess who is learning to ride a Unicycle.
Program #102. Moscow Circus School.
And I think also that there is a 2 to 3 minute of a girl who was riding a Bicycle that her tire was flat and begins to ride a unicycle from the back of her bicycle and pick up the grocery’s from the bicycle basket in front and rode off.
Any one can lighten me on some info to bring me back some memories and do you remember The Big Blue Marble. I would really love to see it again.

81? Dude, that’s just when you lost interest! Let’s see, you would have been about 14 when it went off-the-air… what possiblely could have destracted you…

Here’s a picture of the show’s kid hoste… looks like she’s grown up a bit. I highly recommend dropping her a line and asking to see more of ‘The Big Blue Marble’.

Thanks Rhysling. I was 15 when I lost interest. Don’t know Why. I think I was mainly interested in Music at the time. Thanks anyway.
