summer camps for unicycling

Had a query about this recently but don’t know of any unicycle “sleepover”
camps. Anyone organizing any camps this year in the U.S. or if anyone know
of any abroad?? I guess the closest sleepover camp w/lots of unicycling
would be the ride across Minn. in Aug. :-). I recommended the family take
their kid to the NUC.

RE: summer camps for unicycling

There are several summer camps that have a circus theme and teach basic circus
skills. I don’t know specifically who and where, but the National Circus Project
can probably help anyone who would like to send their kids to a circus-themed
camp. Email me for contact info.

I know there are some. I knew someone in college who had been a unicycling
instructor at a circus arts camp in Ohio. I don’t remember any more
details though.

Camp Winnarainbow is another circus arts camp, run by Wavy Gravy.

The text of the web page doesn’t mention unicycling, but one of the photos shows
a bunch of kids riding.

Re: summer camps for unicycling

In the Northeast United Stated there are many “circus” Themed camps. There camps
that do a lot more unicycle than others. I know that Independent Lake in
Poyentell PA has a established uni program but by searching for summer camps and
getting in touch with the directors, they can tell you if there is an
established uni program Steve Foss, JohnX wrote in message
