Steps ARRRRGGGHHHH

I have a phobia of steep steps (when I’m on a Yike) but being a complete nutter
would like to be able to ride down them! I can already do a flight of five or
six (regular steps—8in wide by 8in deep approx) and can easily mannage numbers
of wider steps (wide enough to stall/ballance on each) and at some pace, but my
fear is defeating me.

Can anyone suggest a good technique or safer way of attempting longer and
steeper flights of stairs.

I have a Sem-Trainer and it has only suffer one impact puncture so far, I on the
other hand have jard my spine on several occasions when I get to the bottum of
the steps! (Can’t slow down you see.)
