Its best to direct questions about this to me directly at cell/text 503-358-2252

I’ve decided to sell my first generation KH 36er distance/commuter unicycle from 2010- It‘s still very shiny and new looking- it has an uncommon custom wheel build, a cool KH blue Magura hydraulic rim brake, new/uncut pivotal seat post and new/unused KH Fusion Zero saddle. This distance/commuter unicycle is in great condition since I very rarely UPD’ed on my distance uni, so my equipment stayed nice and didn’t get torn up or damaged.

I’ve ridden this on several 100-mile rides and it’s been a super solid ride for me- but I moved to a rural community in 2021 and I just don’t ride it anymore. I’m ready to move it on to someone else.

The Price is $500 plus whatever shipping actually costs me at UPS. (I’d estimate around $70-$130 to ship within the US). Paypal or Venmo is best for me. I get UPS discounted rates and have lots of experience shipping bike parts, frames and wheelsets all over the world. I’ll remove pedals and the seat/post and build a custom shipping box (with internal stiffeners, padding and braces) from a large bike box to make sure it arrives undamaged. Let me know if you want to see different pics or have questions.

Weight as pictured: approx. 14lbs

Components:

· I’ve built and trued dozens of high performance bike and unicycle wheels over the years and for this wheel build I used the “ultimate 36er wheel build” parts list that was on circulating around on here in the 2009-2012 era: Custom powder coated (KH Blue) 36 hole double wall Aero rim, UDC stainless 14 ga spokes, Unicycle Factory oversize brass 14 ga ss nipples to better fill the 12 ga sized spoke nipple holes in the rim, Sapim spoke washers and Sapim nipple washers, and a fiber tape rim strip to protect the tube if you run the tire at higher PSI pressures. It’s a high tension build that holds its shape and it’s only needed a few adjustments over the years. The paint pen “stripes” on the spokes are to let me back out any spoke “wind-up” while truing. Wind-up that happens more with longer spokes. I trued the wheel less than 50 miles ago.

· New Kris Holm Fusion Zero flat saddle with a new uncut Pivotal seat post and new KH brake lever mount. This uncut long post should allow the new owner to trim it down to their particular leg length.

· Nimbus ISIS 36 hole wide hub with new bearings less than 50 miles ago

· Nimbus ISIS 125mm long zero-Q alloy cranks

· Nimbus nightrider tire with less than 200 miles with the Boss light weight 36” tubes.

· Atomlab sealed pinned platform pedals.

· Custom powder coated Magura hydraulic brake mounts with Magura HS22/HS33 franken-brakes that I made in 2010 and I sold a bunch of them to Uni Community members. You should be able to search for “frankenbrake” on here to find out more about that. The brake line is still super long to fit my old distance aero-handlebar set up. I can leave it long or trim and re-bleed for you if you want me to. Please fill in the Add Location field above before posting your ad.
Since people here live all around the world, this is mandatory information.

Nice uni!
Are you sure this is a Fusion One saddle? As far as I know, blue-colored KH pivotal saddle were Fusion Zero, not One.
Anyway, anybody who would get this nice piece of history would be lucky!
