SOLD - 29" Schlumpf/Flansberrium Touring Uni

After a great deal of thought and weighing my options, I’ve decided to sell my geared touring uni. Following my tour across Utah, I’ve decided to do all future cycle touring on a much more sensible device: a b*cycle.

I know, I know…it’s treasonous. But I’ll still be involved in unicycling, just mostly on the muni side of things.

With that said, here are the specs of the dream machine:

  • 2023 36H Schlumpf Disc Hub (100mm)
  • Light Bicycle AR25 carbon rim
  • Schwalbe Thunder Burt 29" x 2.1” (or your choice of a like-new Schwalbe G-One RS Pro TLR 700c x 50mm)
  • Set up tubeless :white_check_mark:
  • Flansberrium P-Frame “Unipacker”
  • Hope Rotor for Schlumpf Hub D203mm (+1 Spare) - not pictured
  • Shimano XTR M9220 Enduro Disc Brake and Lever
  • Silca Tattico Mini Tire Pump
  • Your choice of Nimbus VCX+ 150/125/100 or 170/142/114 cranks
  • No saddle or pedals
  • All original Schlumpf tools & accessories

I’m asking $3.2K USD. All in, this unit cost an estimated $5K+ to build, including all labor, tariffs and shipping costs. Buyer pays shipping.

Dropping to $2.5K OBO. You buy yourself a hub, everything else comes free. Merry Christmas.

It is SOLD

(Do we really have to write full sentences now? My thumbs are so tired having to write “It is” :joy:)

I don’t think so, given the circumstances. It’s absolutely ok if you edit the post to remove that “It is”. :+1: May your thumbs have a speedy recovery.

I was referring to this. I suppose the forum now imposes this criteria. It’s fine, I just thought it was funny haha

I’ve been eyeing this for a while, and have a combination of disappointment that it’s gone, and relief that the temptation is removed

I hope the buyer enjoys it and shares some epic touring experiences so that I can enjoy them vicariously!
