there’s a pair freestyle trick that looks like a wheelbarrow. I don’t know the name of this trick, but it could work like this. Above all, you could then do it freehand

The best technique is…not on a unicycle! But if you must…she wraps your legs around you, you hold her butt… then get on the unicycle and ride while she bounces up and down.
