I have a nimbus 29er with the T-7. The seat post slips a little and I can hear a bang/clink noise especially climbing uphill. I tried a quick release, salsa, nimbus double bolt seat clamp but nothing works. Can anyone help me with suggestions? 
If it is an older KH rail type seat post there is a chance the top part is coming loose in the post. They are just pressed in and glued. Other people have had problems with this when used with a T7
Some people have fixed theirs by drilling through the post near the top and putting a bolt through it pinning both parts of the seatpost together.
