I tested several models of magped pedals:
- road1 and road2 on my G36 and ungeared 36“. The 2nd version features improvements to the adjustment of the foot position on the pedal, but the pedal body is made of a light alloy with carbon (xcarbon), which doesn’t like falls. I prefer the first version because it’s more solid.
- enduro2 on my G29 muni and on my touring G28/29” ( Post a picture of your unicycle(s) - #544 by toutestbon). The enduro2 model looks like the flat pedals used on unicycles. These pedals can be used with normal shoes (your buddy can try out your unicycle without having to put on your shoes, although he won’t benefit from the magnet). The pedal platform isn’t very large, which isn’t always pleasant, but in my opinion the magnet greatly compensates for these minor defects.
I use 200N magnet for 68kg, but if in doubt, try 150N first.
@Wheelou I was wearing protection, but I’d spent the evening in the emergency room, and got 14 stitches in my eyebrow.
