Starting next week, he’s attempting to break Lars Clausens Guinness World Record for the longest journey on a unicycle.

He’s doing it to raise money for The Garvan Institute for medical research.
It starts this Friday (15th February) from Federation Square in Melbourne at 12 noon. Come down if you can and wear something pink. Should be quite a spectacular.
To put it into perspective his plan is to cycle 15,000km, 80km a day for almost an entire year with some serious motivation to complete it as fast as possible.

Sam got a great turnout for the launch of his ride. Really emotional as he said goodbye to his sister. Drummed out by the Police drum band and rode through a “tunnel of arms” off on his 15,000km jaunt.
He is hoping to raise $1,000,000 for breast cancer research during the year.
