Well… as you may have read the post ‘York Cycle Rally’ and I said that I got a puncture in my Saddle.
Yep… thats it!
I was at york with Phil, jumping around, and i felt my saddle was going down! And it was!
After closer inspection at home… I had snapped the metal base inside of the saddle! That was very sharp, and wore a hole through the pillow, and into the tube!
I took some pics which are HERE.
As you can see, the metal plate has snapped! I dont know how much this will effect the saddels strength! Could someone please tell me! If I find it too flexy, or it could snap, it will be a good excuse to buy a CF seat base…
