Team NZUni’s Ken Looi was recently interviewed in his home city of Wellington, New Zealand about attending Unicon 21. The biennial unicycle event in on now in Bemidji, Minnesota.

Interestingly, at the end of the interview, Ken states that he his looking at an attempt to regain his Guinness World Record for distance traveled on a unicycle in 24 hours. RTL rider Sam Wakefield, from Wales, surpassed Ken’s record in late 2007. Sam and Ken’s teams raced against one another near the front of the pack through-out 2008’s RTL.
