request for those who are skilled with photoshop

hey so if you are bored, have photoshop or illustrator or some other program that allows you to edit pictures and such. Then i have a request for you, could you try to make the picture i have attached look more scary? or better quality(not higher res. just sharper maybe) my computer that has photoshop is getting fixed right now. So help me out and i thought maybe some of you who are bored would have fun with this…

p.s. this is going on a flyer for my haunted house.

sorry its kinda bad quality. i hope you can still work with it though

anyone else? mann i have some good ideas i wish i had photoshop to use right now…

im thinking maybe make the eyes glow and stand out a little bit, make the backround a little darker with the outline of the monster glowing a little bit, but only enough to allow contrast between the dark backround and the monster.
annd maybe make the bars sliver or grey…

thats what im going to do to it at least once i have my photoshop back…

Here is my try I adjusted the color and the exposure it looks more fake but kinda scarier.

Meh, I dont have photoshop but i played around with it - made the eyes more glowy and scary - bit darker and more morbid…

im going to attempt to use MS paint and combine the two a little bit actually…we will see how it turns out

I toyed with it for a few minutes, making the bars stand out more, adding some smoke with blood-red fibers for effect, and brightening the eyes.
